Q. What is the size of your North American staff?
 
A. Raptim has 55 employees currently available to serve you.

Q. Which airlines do you have negotiated airfares with?
 
A. Raptim is proud to work with many world class airlines including the three major airline alliances. We currently have more than 50 contracts with negotiated airfares for the exclusive use of our customers with over 30 major airlines covering the world

Q. When we book with Raptim online, does that affect the price and the service?
 
A. Online pricing may be adjusted for specials and pricing options. To be clear, ALL online purchases will receive the same customer service for changes, refunds and service requirements. Our professional staff is here to serve your needs.

Q. Do you provide additional travel services such as car/hotel?
 
A. Yes, our goal is complete travel management.

Q. Do you provide emergency service after hours?
 
A. Yes, emergency services are available. The cost is $50 per hour. Our staff will be available to assist within 60 minutes of call origin.
Q. Our organization is small, are we eligible for the same rates?
 
A. Raptim serves non-profit organizations, churches, and individuals who serve others. Large or small, Raptim takes great pride in providing exceptional customer service and value to all our clients.

Q. What are some of the organizations Raptim provides services for?
 
A. Raptim is proud to service organizations such as, World Vision, Mercy Ships, The Christian and Missionary Alliance and many other denominational churches, global charities and short-term missions organizations.

Q. Does Raptim work with government organizations?
 
A. Raptim works exclusively with those traveling in service of others. Although this does not include government agencies, it does include Missionary and Humanitarian organizations of all types. Churches, Development and Relief organizations, Medical, Refugee and Social Justice Organizations.

Q. Are you able to track details of each individual traveler?
 
A. Yes, Raptim maintains detailed travel history for each client for up to 10 years. We can provide details such as how many tickets issued, to what countries, and at what cost.

Q. What invoice and financial tracking system do you provide?
 
A. We have our own in-house travel management system, very capable of providing up-to-date account financial information. These reports can be exported to you in multiple formats, including Excel.
